An entrepreneurship who is for achieve/take appropriate condition he/she used of her/his maximum capability for take best benefit. With regard to individual and personal characteristics that are structures for definition behavioral characteristics in persons, it is characteristic for be entrepreneurship. So, specifications and characteristics of persons should be effect on entrepreneurship and it need to review and regard. Personal and individual specifications are very important on their tendency to entrepreneurship because; these specifications are trainable, so, one of programs in university in high centers is recognition and make training backgrounds between students. Thus, this investigation review and measurement affect personal characteristics of persons and their tendency to entrepreneurship in Amol province. The method of investigation for study is kind of measurement and statistical community are boy and girl students from professional and technical school/college in Amol province that choose 150 samples (person) by cocran formula, random sampling. Results indicated there is meaningful relation between creativity and internal controlling and tendency to entrepreneurship variables but, there is not meaningful relation between gracefully and tolerate ambiguity, risking and tendency to entrepreneurship.
