Determining the Extent of Various Factors
affecting on the success of strategic
Planning in Ilam Cement Co.

Abstract
In this research, as well as stratege ous planning concept, the realation
between the train six factors and the success of strategies planning,
determining the effect of these factors on strategies planning in Ilam cement
Co. , these factors are mentioned below:
– Participation of high level managers in that planning.
– participation of personal groups in the stratege ous planning operation.
– Acceping of personnal in the palning operation.
– Orgnization culture in the palning operation.
– Organization structure in palning operation
– Recognizing the targets of each factor mentioned about to be taking into
account.
Consequently, the criterian of importance and the grade of each effective
factors can be evaluated by means of Fredman test.
This descriptive research whith is comsidered to be a reandom study, besides
the statistic society of the managers, consultants and experts engageh in the
subject of strategeous planning (40 members) who wrote down the inquiry
forms studying the data of (37) persons.
In order to get sufficient information from nquiry forms containing (37)
questions with stabilization factors of 76.4%, and to have data analysis from
mean value test of a society, as well as the result of the study, it may be
conclude that the organization culture factor in the process of strategeous
society, the level of information of high managers, the importance of
strategeous planning, vealuating of personnal group participation in the
strategeous planning , in the priority grade are more effective on strategeous
planning.
