A Survey on the Relationship between Knowledge management system
placement and management skills : (a Case Study: sepah Bank of
Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Hamadan and western Azerbaijan)

Abstract
The Purpose of this study is consider the effects of knowledge management system
implementation on sepah bank managers skills in Kurdistan, Kermanshah, western
Azerbaijan and Hamedan regions.
The analytical model of the research is based on combination of the Newman & Conrad
knowledge management general model and Kats managerial skills model. Research
hypotheses designed based on this two models, too.The measurement tool of the research are
two standard questionnaires, Fong & choi (2009) and azhdari (1375). Research hypotheses
are being evaluated through pearson”s statistical tests of correlation analysis, regression fitting
and structural equation model (SEM) fitting using SPSS 18 and LISREL 8.5 softwares.
Results showed that there is a powerful relation between knowledge management and
improving managerial skills, and each aspect of knowledge management is influencing on
improving managers skills separately, but their influencing rates are different depending on
the kind of skills, but knowledge acquisition and knowledge distribution have a great role on
all three levels of managerial skills. According to the research findings and based on beta
coefficients, knowledge distribution and transfer at the coefficient of 0.365 has the most
impact on conceptual skills, knowledge acquisition at the coefficient of 0.434 has the most
impact on human skills and at the coefficient of 0.431 has the most impact on technical skills.
