بررسی رابطه بین خود کارآمدی ، خودکنترلی و عزت نفس با میزان خلاقیت کارکنان

Abstract:
this paper with aim to survey relationship between moral ch a racters [selfesteem,
self -controll i ng,self-effica cy}with creativity staffs in azad
university sanandaj.this paper is in application research group and is
descriptive for information collection.statistic socity in this paper is all staffs
in azad university in sanandaj that are 550 person.by using from collection
method as option and z formula we selected 160 persons.for collecting
research data we used torrance creativity,self esteem copersmit,self
controlling scale.base on analyzing collected data we gained below
results.there are a meaningful relationship between creativity and selfefficacy,
there are a meaningful relation between self controlling and
creativity and there is a important relation between self -esteem and
creativity. there is a medium relation between age and gender and self
controlling and creativity but this is low between gender and self
controlling and self -efficacy.but we cna not gain a relation between self –
esteem and gender.also it dont seen a relation between self controlling
and education.
