Case Study : Personnel Of Iran Insurance Ilam City

Abstract
Conflict is difference in getting organizational goal, today , human
force is as the main property organizations. And as the competitive
strategy. The presence of empathy and competition between these
worthy resources is the most important basic factors for success in all
organization. Conflict is not incredible in organization and it is not
unnecessary for organization.
Conflict can increase the creativity and it can develop the innovative
and change and / or it may cause the wastage and reduction of energy
and organization resource.
Managers should know the correct management of conflict as the
regular force and manage it with instructive and correct behavior for
activating the organization.
So the ability of guidance and control of conflict phenomenon in
organizations is the most important managers skills that nowaday’s
managers need it.
This research is viewed in intention to study the organizational conflict
with employees creativity in Iran insurance company.
According to hyphosises and questions, in this research it used the
descriptive – functional research method.
Statistical community of this research are 112 persons that it was
choiced in total number. In this research, it used two questionnaire s:A
organizational conflict that includes 21 Questions and accord to likert
scale and it’s Rating includes very much, much, average, low, and very
low, and it’s stability is 81% , B- Torence creativity standard
questionnaire and it includes 60 questions and it’s stability is 88%.
Conflict average between Iran insurance company employees of Ilam
city is 2/054 and it’s frequency is 112 and the creativity frequency
between Iran insurance company Ilam city also is 2/376 and it’s
frequency is 112,that both of questionnaires at the first stage
distributed between 30 persons of employees in experimental way, and
after gathering the data and necessary reform , at the second stage it
was applied in final way and attained data analysised and received the
below results. And the attained results showed that there is a
meaningful relation between organizational conflict and employee’s
creativity.
And creativity, and there is a meaningful relation And the hypothesis
was rejected and it didn’t testify between unfunctional conflict and
creativity.
