used. The increasing development of technology-based tools and quickly adapt its abundant
human needs has led to new forms of interactive and creative learning environment, to
create an active and inclusive. Today, about one of the important sources of power in
organizations is one, Based on this information, especially information that appear to be
central or strategic in the organization have, Can create a power base and influence in the
organization used. The study has tried the electricity distribution companies from employee
Kermanshah West Regional, The relationship between information technology and
empowerment must be examined. in this study, the first level of IT application in the
organization examined, After ensuring all of its applications, its impact on the
empowerment of employees we have. For this first indicators related to empowerment,
including: Improve performance, knowledge and awareness, career opportunities,
independence and freedom work, responsibility, make decisions and control their
professional development we have identified. The findings in this study showed that test
hypotheses Between using information technology to improve quality and yield,
respectively (α?.011), Knowledge and awareness (α?.000), Job opportunities (α?.000),
independence and freedom of work (α?.000), responsible decisions (α?.002), its control
(α?.000) Personnel and professional development (α?.000) a significant positive relationship
exists. Finally we reached the conclusion that the most effective information technology on
improving the quality of staff performance West regional electricity distribution companies
has Kermanshah.
