Abstract
To achieve growth and economic development in any country requires the formation of
capital necessary to fund major projects and infrastructure,
the developing countries andcountries in which the engine is basically
an investment of capital by foreign investors do not have to use them.
Developing countries due to the shortage of capital in a variety of reasons and are in need
of foreign capital.
Considering the advantages of foreign direct investment other capital providers, including
technology transfer, management, and marketing….. is a special place compared to other
types of investments have a strong competition to attract the more it is going on in the
world. Identify areas and contributing factors to success in this competition in attracting fdi
breathtaking have of great importance, and without knowing a lot of success there is hope.
