چکیده مقاله:

In this study, the thermodynamic comparison phase equilibrium of the system supercritical extraction Borage ،Rapeseed and Corn germ are provided by supercritical CO2. A thermodynamic model based on the Peng–Robinson equation of state was developed in order to represent the behavior of the system. The model uses only regression parameters calculated from binary system, thus being predictive with respect to the multicomponent mixture. The binary and ternary systems provide valuable information for solubility and separation efficiency of lipid components from multicomponent systems. The oils were saponificated to obtain FFA enriched oils. It was demonstrated that the proposed thermodynamic model based on PREOS, including van der Waals mixing rules corrected by two temperature independent binary interaction parameters, is capable of providing a good representation of the experimental data. A good representation of the phase equilibrium data is obtained with the proposed thermodynamic model.
