Abstract
The aim of doing this research was investigate the job stressors in employee of
Social Service Organization in Kurdistan province. The research method was
based on descriptive-survey and statistical population was all employee and
managers of Social Service Organization that include 280 people and all 280 of
employee and manager have been studied considered as sample. In order to
measuring the research variables the researcher has used two questionnaire (
one for personal information and one for job stressors).The personal
questionnaire has been used to collect information about gender, age and
educational degree .Questionnaire was about Job stressors which is used to
analyze 30 clear questions including simple and short sentences and in closedtest
questionnaire form. The reliability coefficient of questionnaire was
significant p=0.01. Statistical analysis was the Kolomogrof-Smirnow, in
depended t test and ANOVA test. The results show that: There was no
significant difference between job stress bases on gender and there was no
significant difference between job stress bases on age ,but there was significant
difference between job stress bases on educational degrees and there was
significant difference between job stress bases on organizational positions.
Managers had higher average than employees in job stress.
