Abstract:
Evaluation is main qualification for management, because if something can”t be evaluated can”t
be managed too. Investment and management of invisible properties, at configuration and
efflorescence of respond and consumer pivot organizations caused cheap services products and
higher satisfaction of target society too. Today”s, it”s not possible to assay successfulness of
organizations by function measurement tools of industrial economic periods.
Balance evaluation method is a tool for translation of perspective and guideline of organization
at general tests of function evaluations that prepare a frame for guidelines assay and
management system.
The present study from point view of purpose is practical, for data collections descriptivededuction
style and questionnaire tool used at a frame of 5-point Likert scales. For the sake of
work carefulness we investigate all 210 employs of Martyr and Sacrifice omur institute of
Kurdistan province. By using Non-parametric t-student tests and estimated Normal distribution
at a significance level of 0.05, mean score of questioned employs compare with 3 stable
measures.
It was concluded that service level was high. But against our expect customers subscale
couldn’t get suitable score, it means that type of customers view should be review seriously and
revisal using sight and offers of sacrifice persons as an influenced agent, pay cash helps, debate
of family and other offices involvement at cultural programs of institute, inform to sacrifice
society, discussion of Sacrifice congress and review advisor network of governors. Financial
motivations at institute are at an idealistic level but subscale of growth and learning had lowest
score that is a serious concern. Institute hadn’t any definite yearly programs for costs of credits
for justification of caste personnel to moves along of it. It isn”t any symmetry between employs;
building, equipment and administrative facility with define duties.
Lack of balance at development of strategies is visible, it means that health strategy, and
livelihood and welfare of target society shed a shadow over two other strategies.
