A Survey on the Relationship between
Emotional intelligence with Organizational citizenship behavior
)Case Study: personnel of governmental and private banks of Sanandaj

Abstract
The current research is in the following concepts of organizational behavior, with purpose of the survey of relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behaviors in bank branches, implemented. To this end, all the staff – governmental and private banks as the population of the city of Sanandaj have been evaluated.
Method of this research is descriptive study, in kinds of the correlation, with purpose from the Applied Research, in terms of data collection, survey, from a prospective, cross – sections and in particular, is based on Structural Equation Models. Accordingly, for measure the basic concept of research, respectively, emotional intelligence questionnaires of Bradbury and Greaves (2007) included 28 questions and organizational citizenship behavior of Podsakoff (2000) consists of 20 questions was used. Reliability of questionnaires with Cranach”s alpha, respectively for the two variables, was calculated to be 0.853 and 0.817, and accepted. Test validity too, with two methods of content validity and construct validity using, results of Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and the KMO index was confirmed.
Final results of research, in software”s of spss and lisrel, showed significant relationship between emotional intelligence and its dimensions (including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management) with organizational citizenship behavior of employees in bank branches is studied.
