Abstract
In today’s competitive world progressive insurance firms pay special
attention to customer’s satisfaction. According to Peter Draker the aim of
progressive insurance firms is rather customer satisfaction than profit,
since the latter leads to the former. Familiarity with the factors that leads
to customer satisfaction is great benefit for directors of insurance firms in
their strategic planning. Directors and life guards of swimming pools are
affiliated with insurance firms. Considering that they interact with a large
number of people, keeping them satisfied is of benefit for the insurance
firms.
The study contains five parts that include:1)Overview,2) Background,
۳)Method,4)Data Analysis and Discussion,5)Conclusion and
Recommendation. The paper studies the effective factors that measure
the customer satisfaction in regard to civic responsibility of directors and
life guards of swimming pools of Dana Insurance Firm, Kermanshah
Branch. This is a descriptive measurement study and with seven
hypotheses such as foundation of service, human factors, non-human
factors, tangible factors, social responsibility, and price. The seventh
hypothesis is satisfaction of directors and life guards of swimming pools
of Dana Insurance Firm, Kermanshah Branch. The data suggests that the
directors and life guards are satisfied. The mean of the observed data is
higher than the mean value of hypothetical data which confirms that
hypothesis based on single group T statistical analysis.
