Abatract
The main purpose of this research is to study the effect of dividend on
the realized return of accepted companies of security stock market in iran.
For this purpose all the accepted companies in security stock market and
their financial statement data (balance sheet and income statement) that
were excited in security stock market for eight year were studied.

Sexty
companies of all the accepted companies were selected. Then the eight
years data about dividend and realized return were collected ananalyzed.
For analyzing data simple regression and correlation coefficient were used.
The analyzed data indicates that there is a significant relationship between
dividend and realized return
